Refund

STA Stravel is refusing to pay our deposit back they are telling us about a Travel Credit Policy of which we didn't sign and were not made aware of. First said they will refund us our money in 10 days, now they are telling us about that. We didn't cancel our trip because we wanted to we cancelled because we were taking precautions, now they are capitalising on that.
