Poor service and a policy that contravenes the Consumer Protection Act.

Sta Travel advertises 'expert advice', 'unbeatable airfares' and 'cheapest accommodation'. None of these were achieved.The agent put in no effort to find good deals until I specifically pointed out possibilities. None of their 'deals' could beat online offers.

I have cancelled my proposed trip for July 2020 and despite the lengthy advance warning and a blanket non-refundable deposit policy being against the law as per the new Consumer Protection Act, Sta Travel refuses to abide by the Act and is retaining my deposit.
