Poor service at Sta Travel

My friend and I booked through sta travel to travel to around Europe and we were quoted a specific amount which supposedly included all costs except transportation between the airport and our hotel. On the 29 Dec we departed for UK with no issues. On our next flight to the following from Manchester to Heathrow we are informed that our luggage has not been included in the cost, and we only paid for a ticket to carry hand luggage and we have to pay for all the luggage which we assumed was covered 'because it was when we departed SA'. We now have to pay 200 pounds at each and every airport we fly to. Which equates to 1200 pounds (around R19000)because the agent failed to include check in luggage in the cost of our tickets. I urge all customers to not use this travel agency, as you may end up leaving your luggage in a foreign country.
