Poor service

I'm Highly irritated with STA travel and their service. The consultant named Tarna calls my wife Friday 08/06/2018 at 16:00pm after my wife sent an email Monday 04/06/2018. All week we've been trying to get hold of Tarna to ask and enquire about our trip which we had paid about 70% of only to hear that she is out of office or that she is unavailable and that she will get back to us which she never did. In addition she is adamant with my wife that she cannot pick up the R3000 which we have paid toward our outstanding amount on our trip.

They way we've been treated is unacceptable and we do not want to deal with Tarna because of her unprofessionalism.
