Poor Customer Service

We booked a holiday through STA Travel, and dealt with Gillian Sidwell at the Clearwater branch. Gillian was most unhelpful with any request or query we had. Her communication s****s were lacking and customer service is shocking. Any queries we had were deferred back to us, and once we were on our holiday and communicated a problem with our room, she simply didn't even attempt to assist us. The only saving grace was her manager, Shaan Heydenrych, who went out of her way to help us.
