poor customer service

we made bookings with Victoria at statravel rosebank, the trip is to Thailand . we are not getting service at all names, year and invoice are incorrect , requested to speak to manager a consultant by name of Ariel Mwamba pretended to be the manager , called again to request to speak to manager and was told he is not available. the is three of us trip is costing us R10367.00 and this is the service we are getting

confirm payment, booking with correct details or refund all the money so we can you Thompsons they are willing to help us. they will never even get back to you , you always have to call them.
