Poor Customer Service

I am a student and I was super excited to plan a trip with my friends to Thailand for Graduation. I visited STA Travel in Tygervalley Mall, and the moment I mentioned that I was a student, I felt like my money was not good enough. Because I have never travelled that far, I had many questions about packages on offer. However the man that helped us was extremely rude and accused us of saying that he was lying because of all the questions. It got so bad that he actually raised his voice at us and I eventually just walked out and went to Flight Centre who actually gave us a cheaper deal and answered our questions. STA Travel has very bad customer service...
