Pay the Money

My husband and I dealt with Daniella from STA Stellenbosch. We could not go on our trip due to Covid-19 and recieved a reference number to say we have a credit on file. We are disappointed with the way STA travel is treating customers who had paid for their 2020 trip before Covid19 . All we want is our money back. STA please refund our money. We cannot lose our money. We have also send several emails with no response
