Pathetic Service STA Menlyn

Ive given them so much business , yet they cannot even bother to respond to emails , I even went into the store to see them . I'm incredibly disappointed in the service I have received and the complete lack of interest in assisting you. I would usually recommend using STA due to the affordable rates for students but based on how I have been treated there are way better travel agencies to use. Don't bother visiting the STA Menlyn Branch .The only way they will help you is if you go the the branch and don't leave until you have booked everything . They clearly do not know how to treat customers and build a customer relationship where the consumer will go back … Completely disgusted
