Pathetic service

<p>I spoke to sonal who is a consultant at your Westville branch. She is absolutely irresponsible and does not care about customers. I called in more than 15 times and than eventually get sent a quote for bali when im going to ****et. So again after numerous calls i get sent a quote which is above our budget and not even from durban like i requested but rather from jhb because she thinks its cheaper. I have checked booking this on my own and it works out way cheaper than the pathetic quotes i recieved from STA travels which were not wven correct to damn begin with.</p>
