PAID TRAVELS IN DECEMBER 2019 BUT REFUND NOT RECEIVED STA TRAVEL

I paid for my trip in Dec 2019 already and due to the COVID- 19 virus the trip did not happen. I was scheduled to travel in May already but haven’t received any recent feedback in relation to a refund of my monies. I used STA for many travels and Im dissappointed to find out that they have gone bankrupt without notifiying their customers directly! What about our refunds?
