not returning calls to my enquiry

Pathetic call center service, they don't keep their promises. I saw a Thailand special mid January and sent a couple of emails to make a reservation. A week passed by and with no information from the agent to inform me of the progress. I called the agent who promised that her colleagues will get back to me as she could see that I made an enquiry and they have my details. <br> <br> Well its their loss as we were a big group of 14 people. I'll simply move on top the next travel agent.
