Not being given our refund

Its been 13 days since we have requested our refund for bed and breakfast as it is not halal. STA wants us to provide receipts for the food that we have purchased for breakfast. We spent R1250 to be exact on food (breakfast) in Thailand which ofcourse we did not receive receipts due to it being street foods and some restaurants that did not provide any receipts. Nobody even bothered to get into contact with us and we STILL WAITING FOR our refund!!!
