Not a reliable travel agency

<p>Me and some friends booked a trip to Thailand and we are meant to travel in 21 days. But we still do not have flight information. We have paid the full amount, but it has been a nightmare dealing with STA Travel. Our agent is giving no real response on the matter. They have failed to deliver and now have our money. </p>
