No sympathy regarding the global crisis of COVID-19 and travel bans.

We wanted to travel to Thailand ( a trip planned months ago), due to the coronavirus we cannot leave South Africa because of travel bans. We tried to postpone our trip because of these uncontrollable circumstances, but STA is charging us a very large amount of money, no re-consideration has been given, simply the fact that we have to pay this money. I am very frustrated, we are paying so much money for absolutely NOTHING. I really thought they would be considered towards the situation seeing as we have no control but not even a little bit of sympathy was given. In this time of crisis the only thing they care about are themselves and no at all their customers.
