No refund a few months later

Still no refund, our trip was cancelled back in March due to the coronavirus. First the airline cancelled our flights, so basically the entire trip was cancelled. We were promised a refund but still nothing. There is just excuses the whole time. My wife lost her job and we need that money urgently. This is serious!! Why do you guys not want to refund our money, it is against the law.
