NEVER BOOK WITH STA TRAVELS EVER POOR SERVICE!!

STA travel is a *******. Booked a trip to Bali due to the Corona Virus we are unable to travel. We paid R12340 each person and they charged us R5420 for the cancellation now they refuse to pay the remaining R6920. I am extremely disappointed in the service.
