Was supposed to be booked in a 4 star in Bali Indonesia and got 2 star filth of a place. I hate this agency and I will never ever recommend it to anyone. They are just ***** with empty promises. I’m very disappointed and they better give us some form of a refund. The worst agent we ever recieved and got changed 3 times. Horrible service
