Ladies trip gone wrong at the last minute

Im just frustrated now. Here i was thinking that STA really came through for us the the planning was super but no i was very wrong. Im currently in Zanzibar on a vacation with my friends and one person can't check in because the travel agency decided to book a standard room for 3 people to share without any instruction in terms of an extra bed or room. When i spoke to Indigo Basett, the lady that assisted me with the bookings, she assured me that the hotel will make provision for the third person and its actually a three bed room. To my suprise when we tell the hotel manager, they don't know anything about this. I mean we all paid it's not like the third lady is squatting. On top of that, i have sent a couple of email to her and she hasn't responded to it and now we have to pay extra dollars for the accommodation that has been paid off already. I'm sorry but this is not on at all.
