Lack of Interest

<p>We recently got an opportunity to travel abroad in June (which is around the corner). As STA Travel does not provide an intenirary on their website, I requested more information on the weekend of 8 April 2017. The following week - either the 10th or 11th, I was phoned by a travel agent. Unfortunately, we had an emergency incident at work and I told him to mail me in the meantime so I can have a look at the packages (which I requested on the website) - within due time I received the same information as was on the website - incomplete.</p> <p>I went on investigating myself and requesting information from the website. No one contacted me. I responded to the mail in a lengthy manner stating what I required and got no response.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have requested information on Bali Packages three times and no one from STA Travel is getting back to me or communicating that they have received my request.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am very disappointed as the promotional e-mails only gave me the impression that you are a reputable and professional company.</p>
