Incorrect transfer informatio

We were given incorrect information ,which caused us to miss a transfer shuttle,forcing us to spend in excess of R10,000 to get to our destination.After verifying that the i formation they supp**** was incorrect,they laid blame at holiday factory,who had provided them the information, and refused to compensate us in any way shape or form.
