Incorrect Info!!!!!!

I enquired about flights from Cape Town to Germany and supp**** my dates, after much back and forth and calls from my side to STA enquiring about progress, I eventually got a booking. There was MUCH pressure to pay immediately or I would lose my space. I then received a mail advising that a flight has been found, at a better rate, for the next day. I then went into the branch, and re-booked, advising that it's imperitive I stick to my original date! I receive a mail confirmation today, advising that my flights have been booked and the date is incorrect!

I mail immediately, only to be told, it's my word against the agents and if I want to amend the flight, it will cost me R3400 extra!!

I call, and the travel agent is completely useless! And unwilling to listen to what I say, I now, either fly a day later or forfeit my R250 booking fee!!!

ABSOLUTELY APPALLING!!!!
