I want my refund

So after saving for a while and making payments for my long awaited holiday, I was assured when lockdown started that we will receive a full refund closer to our departure date. At that point the original policy was still in place and to me written advise and comms are binding.

Whilst we were anxiously waiting to see when things will go back to "normal", it is clear that it will not be anytime soon. Lots of changes to our jobs have taken its toll on our day to day living and I was waiting patiently for the refund so that we can live again.

With everything that has happened in the past 5 months, it is clear that tomorrow is not guaranteed. I can positively say that I have a new outlook on life and prefer to live one day at a time instead of making plans for a future that is uncertain. With that said, STA, PLEASE REFUND ME because my future is now. I need that refund now to live.
