Horrible service - STA Morningside

I asked Jordan Clark to pull together a few options for me for my honeymoon. I only received feedback 4 days later after personally following up a few times. The options were pretty much a dump of all the Club Med resorts in the locations I requested. When I asked for specific changes, I just received a half hearted email response with excused in not real intent to address my specific requirements. I will definitely not use them again. The service is poor to say the least. Not sure how you remain in business if this is the type of service you provide.
