Horrible customer service

I am beyond disappointed in their lack of customer service excellence, feedback and follow through. Had booked a trip to Rio through you these with airport transfers, however when we got to Rio, no was there to pick us up. I emailed the Sherazade(Rosebank branch) the person I booked through, She only responded and said she will look into it and get back to me till date I'm waiting for her response with the numerous emails I sent.

Ive been trying to get get assistance but I'm being sent from pillar to post. Even after coming back in the country it's hard to go find why didn't we get picked up even though we paid for the service
