Height of lousiness

Most pathetic. For travel insurance fir my 15 yr old on a school exchange, we made contact and got thru their Alberton branch. Cut a lomg story short went to Morningside to clarify cover. Agent not only did not know much, she insisted that payment can becdone there. Paid, came home amd Alberton calls to say the a) deposit made to STA acc, not Insurer - as Agrnt is new b) 35% lower amlint captured..so I send them card details, and receipt for refund and make repayment. Then call again tje refumd will take 2 days so wanted more details. Basically, all their problem and afmot becomes mine..instead of simply ttasfering tje recoeved money to yne insurer..policy, law, financecl dept" manager etc does not allow!!! Absolutely pathetic service..typical pass the buck. Ist and last tkme I will ever use them. Actually have 4 more international trips this year...if you dint want hassles, dont use these guys. I am awaiting the refund.....lets see what other unfriendly proceedures there are...
