Greatly disappointed

I’m saddened to write this post but I must be honest. I’m very disappointed in the service we have received. Booked the ****ET and BANGKOK package... happy with the ****ET side of it- no problems there. Bangkok on the other hand another story- basically a full day of traveling only to arrive at our hotel (Bangkok Cha da) to find out there is no booking for us. After not being able to get hold of STA by any means only to find out their number has changed and they have not updated their information. My mother back in SA had to drive to the branch to solve the problem. Which then took most of the afternoon into the evening. Then finally they booked a new hotel - supposedly an upgrade ? It’s 35 minutes away from ANYTHING and right next to a highway.

It’s ruined our experience and view of Bangkok as we have to now pay 400 Thai Baht to get anywhere or do anything and that’s excluding paying for the actual activities- so much money wasted on inefficient travel agents.

So disappointed as we really looked forward to Bangkok but having to travel around so much is not only a waste of our day but also energy which takes away all the excitement we had in the beginning ....

Thanks for ruining our experience here .... won’t be booking with this company again.

In future will ONLY book with Timeless travel solutions as they were on the ball our entire trip, reconfirming transfers and arrangements not booked with STA and assisted in sorting out STAs blotch ups.
