From the worst to excellent

<p>I called through to Rosebank after unsatisfactory service from an STA travel agent in Pretoria/Centurion.</p> <p> </p> <p>The lady I first dealt with goes by the name of Sonul. She gave me bad service and after I complained, had the audacity to call me acting as her manager to find out why I was unhappy with her service. </p> <p> </p> <p>I called the Rosebank branch directly because I had successfully dealt with them before. I found JP, who was absolutely amazing.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have 2 trips this year and he has given me the most incredible service - I had so many changes for my September trip, it was a lot of admin for me because its 7 people yet he was professional, thorough and went above and beyond to make sure I am satisfied with my itinerary and even threw in a few suggestions which helped a lot.</p> <p> </p> <p>He was patient with me and my constant updates and changes, very quick to respond on his side and made booking this trip much easier for me.</p> <p> </p> <p>I would like to thank JP and STA travel for the amazing service - if you have more people like JP and less like Sonul I cannot wait to book my next trip !</p>
