Forfeit your trip or pay R28 000 EXTRA and travel

Booked flights and accomodation for December 2019.

The agents quoted us and they quoted the wrong dates and now we are forced to either travel in November or forfeit the trip just like that. The booking cost us R38 000 for them to amend the booking it will cost R28 000.

This is appauling for the service, they are refusing to give me a recording where they say that I said we are travelling in November. They are not answering my emails and they are mum.

sent an email to request this service and they say that they have never seen the email and that the person i sent an email to is unknown.
