Extrememly disgusted and disappointed in STA travel.

I am completely disgusted and disappointed in STA.

The fact that we received such incorrect information and now have to come up with a solution ourselves to get from Paris to Rome and are told to simply gather money (where information was not forthcoming from STA).

To top it off, we missed an entire day in Paris due to this lack of information as well as paid for a night stay for absolutely no reason.

And...we call the Cavendish store and all we get told is to speak to the agent that helped us (no care about the situation).
