Extremely disappointed

In the past week and a half, I have been in contact with 3 different agents to assist in starting to plan a Mauritius/Maldives getaway. Two of these agents have not even bothered to respond to me and the 3rd agent started assisting with feedback but then just blatantly stopped responding to me. I even went as far as visiting my nearest branch, to which I was promised feedback the very next day and have still not received even a curtesy email to let me know what is going on.

I have never booked travel through STA Travel before but based on the experience and service received just recently, I will not provide my business to them nor will I ever recommend them to anyone who wants to travel. I would rather pay a higher fee and receive the expected service and assistance than have to sit and wonder if and when I will ever get feedback.
