Excellent Service from STA Travel

I would like to thank STA Travel for arranging our wonderful holiday in Bali. Lucia Mogotsi was absolutely amazing! She was helpful and patient from the day I made contact with her. She was prompt in responding to all my mails and never sounded frustrated even though I probably asked some silly questions. She even called me when we got to the airport just to make sure we were on time and wished us well. My greatest fear was that we would arrive in Bali and find a horrid hotel. That was not the case at all. Firstly we flew with Cathay Pacific which was excellent and were greeted by a friendly driver at Bali Airport. When we got to our hotel, we were so impressed! Swiss Bel-Inn Legian Hotel is truly a stunning hotel. Friendly staff, absolutely clean and neat and the place looks exactly like the pictures you see on the internet. We had a wonderful stay and already planning our next visit to Bali. Everything about our holiday was amazing and I would definitely book our next holiday with STA Travel. Thank you Lucia
