Excellent Service from Candice Alexander (STA Travel Rosebank)

My husband and I recently traveled to ****et. We booked our trip through STA Travel (Rosebank). We met Candice on her very first day at their offices and had a pleasant experience with her from that very first day. She promptly responded to every email that I sent (and there were quite a few), provided me with feedback hours before the agreed time and went out of her way to ensure that everything is in place for our trip. We were in great hands and knew that we'd receive prompt assistance if we ever needed same whilst on our trip. Service standards of this level are few and far between. In fact, the service we received from her was so great that we've decided to stick with STA Travel for any future trips. We've also started recommending their services to family and friends who wish to travel. I just want to give Candice a big-ups on the excellent and always friendly service!
