DUMP of hotel

Received the worst service! On first attempt to book, travel agent said we both had to be there to book (and me being out of town), had to go back.

Everything was immediately paid in full, and after about two weeks only when we asked about the confirmation email, they sent us a flimsy email apologizing for a miscommunication between them. Eventually received it after requesting it once more.

The info was never made 100% clear about on which airline we would fly and arranged to have airport pickups or so- something you would like to add to a package.

We ended up flying with a terrible carrier!

The hotel’s photos look completely different to the dump that it is. We had a lovely view of a Power-box on our balcony. (And a bus station on the one, and stripclub on the other side) The location of the hotel is very poor and ended up paying a lot in taxi fees when we went into town. (Which was also not communicated).

Yes, it may have been cheapish, but honestly for the same price we could’ve gotten a hotel closer to the main part and in better condition. (We were far from the beach and nightlife).

Overall bad planning and bad communication. For travel agents- they ought to have knowledge on destinations, hotels and air carriers.
