DONT USE STA TRAVEL

Lerissa booked me a ticket to India. Firstly she stated that it was a safe travel destination for single female-it is not. She tried to book me into a hotel with 60-70% poor ratings. I confronted her and subsequently did my own booking.<br> She booked the connecting flight so close that i missed my connecting flight to India. She booked me back 5 am in morning which meant i had to pay for hotel room i did not use as i had to leave just after 12 to airport-please note in strange unsafe country, with unknown taxi driver, female alone. Instead of trying to rectify my complaints the manager told me Lerissa is a senior consultant (goodness really?) and left me to cope on my own.
