DON'T EVER USE STA TRAVEL

<p>Please don't ever use STA travel. Had a terrible experience with them. Booked with them for my trip to Malaysia. The breached every term of the mandate that was given to them. They failed to book us the hotel rooms as agreed upon and they also failed to provide us with an island facing room as specifically requested. Their customer service is absolutely ********** and once they receive payment they don't really bother about you or your needs .When we arrived at our respective hotels they did not send the hotels confirmation emails and this caused even more delays with checking in and at each hotel we had to wait over 2 hours before been checked in as due to their incompetence and inaptitude The hotel managers had to liaise with them before we could be checked in .This of course resulted in unnecessary delays. Kim the lady we dealt with was so *********** and rude and her manager Tony offered no apologies for her horrible customer service and rude attitude. When we returned we issued a letter of complaint to senior management and all they did was offer us R250 off our next trip. We of course did not accept that as we don't intend to ever use such a *********** and useless travel agent again. Please don't ever use STA TRAVEL. Due to other breaches in my contract with them I have forwarded the matte to the consumer commission. Please save yourself the hassle and stress and don't ever book with sta travel.</p>
