DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS AGENCY!

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS AGENCY!!! Take it from someONE who has committed money into a holiday and is now left begging for communication from the travel agent daily. Terrible customer service.

I have called numerous times and he is never available or at the office (so convenient), I have given up on leaving massages because its a waste of time.

I go by days and at time weeks with out a reply to my emails, at one point I had to involve the team leader to get answers. changes that i request have to take multiple emails to get any feedback, not EVEN A CURTESEY EMAIL TO SAY I RECEIVED THE EMAIL.

THEIR "give me until the end of the day and i will get back to you" is literally give me 2 to 3 weeks!!!

As Solo female traveller who hasn't even left SA yet, I feel so scared and let down by these people. I can just imagine the service I would receive from them if something goes wrong in Thailand. I am beyond disappointed - I AM TERRIFIED!
