DON'T TRAVEL WITH THIS COMPANY. I sent a complaint a month ago after our trip to Bali. Still no response from Sta Travel Cresta. I guess after you have paid and they have received their commission, you are no longer a valued customer. A holiday is meant to be stress free and no inconvenience caused - No hotel transfers and did not get to go to some of the activities (even though it was part of the package) Unprofessional and Inefficient
