Disgusted and shocking Service by Travel Agent

<p>Ariel Mwamba @ STA Travel Rosebank, gives distgusting and shocking travel service...seems like we can book international flight packages by email...no passport needed, as per Ariel and in the event that you send your passport copy, you are told' We dont need it to confirm your details'....how shocking and sad for the people out there who are illerate ..or do not undertstand terms and conditions....and if you are send T's and C's ..you clearly do not have to sign to acknowedge that you undertand it all....how disappointing and sad!!!Tony the supervior (refuses to give his surname) ...also refuses to help or acknowledge the customer complaint.....is this all a travel booking ****, i asked..so STA travel can get more money from potential customers</p>
