Disappointing and Disgraceful Service

Good day<br> Sta travel@27 boxes in Melville I was assisted by a young African lady,asked about some trips that I was interested in.Ur prices don't match your adverti*****ts on the web. I was in a hurry told her if she could please call me when the quote is ready as I was just a walk away at the Waffle shop!Waited patiently - they were not busy so it couldn't have taken all day, when I got to the shop she told me oh I have your quote. So no phone call to say your quotes ready as I requested! it still had to be printed, it just seemed like she wasn't interested . I emailed to book the trip- I was very impatient,sent another email saying cancel-But I didn't get a response to any of them! Eventually Nabeelah from CT assisted me. I went back to 27boxes 2 weeks later and asked them about the ****et tour I was interested and wanted it booked! The lady said no let me send you the quote till today I did not receive it-again booked it through CT, But my ex husband goes there and the lady gives out my information, This is not permitted! What is going on? I then assumed-wow is it possible there is an affair-dNT care,but why was my personal info given out? I want an answer! so disrespectful :-(
