Disappointed with STA travel

I'm disappointed with the way STA travel is treating customers who had paid for their 2020 trip before Covid19 impacted the world. I understand the financial impact Covid has had, but it would be decent for STA travel to communicate with us regarding the way forward with possible refunds.
