Disappointed in the service received from Travel Agent at STA Travel Rosebank

The service that was received from the Travel Agent was POOR! He was never available and we had to continuously follow up with him. One would think that as a traveler one goes to a Travel Agent to ensure that the booking process is smooth and without issues. but from the start there was no urgency with this specific agent, we for ever needed to follow up with him. I think its still part of a Travel Agent to check one's documentation and to atleast provide expert advice if he / she foresee that there might be a problem.
