<p>Highly applauded and disgusted by the service I've received from STA travel, now my International trip must ruined due to an irresponsible consultant by the name of Kelly Peterson. Not only did she sell us lies and gain commission from a profitable deal but in the process we must wash and sleep in filth. I did not pay STA travel for this, it was meant to be memorable and fun trip. Instead I'm bound to making calls 24/7 wasting more money to fix the errors she's made as an consultant. Not once did she apologize or make amends of the ******* we are experiencing. Now we are strained and forced to find our own alternative acccomdation. </p>
