******!!! ********!! Extremely bad customer service.

We were meant to travel in May and STA is refusing to refund our money. We requested a refund on the 3rd of March minus the R1000 deposit and were advised to wait to received our full refund possibly including the deposit in April. I believe they told us this with ill intention so they could keep our money to benefit them. After eventually getting hold of the travel agent weeks later because they don't communicate we were told today we cannot get our money back. We want our money and feel its unfair they keeping it to stay afloat.
