cautious when using Sta travel

No trouble taken with Bali hotel. Was told India safe for single female. Not true. Missed connecting flight in Addis. Hotel STAVTravel booked for me had 60-70percent poor ratings. Booked own hotel. Booked back on 5 am flight-so leave hotel 12 in dangerous country. Mgr defends poor service and is clueless
