Can Anyone Help Me?!?

I made an internet request for assistance with a trip . I’m still waiting for assistance a week later . After popping into a store I thought I would receive some service- I was tuned away because I had an online pending query. Really??? I called and requested to speak to a manager- another 24 hours later. I’m still waiting.. I cannot understand the level of service.
