Breach of client Confidentiality

In the last 4 years I have booked 4 trips with STA, I have also referred at least 8 other people who have also booked trips with STA, but due to one experience I don't think I will be booking with STA again. I recently booked with STA and the booking process was fine, however my itinerary was sent to a 3rd party. This is an invasion of privacy and client confidentiality. And introduces certain risks to me. I have asked why this was done 01/03/2018 and have not received a response yet. I was dealing with the Rondebosch Cape Town branch. I do travel quite frequently and unfortunately this negligence will result in me not using STA again or referring them to any of my friends or family.
