Brandon Bewley's Awful Service @ STA Travel.

So me and my friends are planning on going on a trip to Zanzibar preferably December. I called this company for a quote and this guy called Brandon Bewley asked for the details for the trip over the phone and i told him. He then said i should from him an email with further details including dates that we plan to go there.After a few hours he says he can not quote for December because they can only see 10 months in advance so he will only be able to help me in February.He goes on to say he can only quote for up to November, so i decide to let him go ahead with the November quote since we just wanted a rough estimate of what they are charging and possibly deposit. Brandon then replies to say i should send passport copies because he does not have time for people who are only doing quotes his only attending to people who are doing bookings.I asked him to refer me to someone who wont be too busy and he said everyone is busy.so my question is how are we suppose to book without getting quotes on the destination that we want to travel to.
