Booked a trip to Thailand and no taxi was there to pick myself and my wifey up at the airport 1 o'clock in the morning stranded half way across the world.. And yet sta travel doesn't apologize to me and doesn't want to repay me...

I'm very disappointed in sta travel, I was stranded on a airport half way across the world.. Nobody apologized to me and my wife anything could of happen to us. All u can tell me ur finance team will not accept this picture. 1st our flights was changed then our transport that we paid for didn't transport us to the hotel, then I had to go to a bank and go with draw money witch includes bank chargers and paid 1000baht for taxi to take us to the hotel at pass 1 in the morning. And all you can tell me ur finance team won't accept the picture.. I'm very disappointed in sta travel. Trust me I'm take this further I'm not the kinda person to bring down business because I have one of my own but the way you guys operate, I'm supposed to have gone on a holiday but was more stressed out then anything else..
