Bad service

I am really really angry with Sta Travel they treated me and my girlfriend like we are nothing to them yet we are clients. Yesterday we were supposed to have left for Vietnam little did we know that we need Visas now none of their stuff are of great help they defending themselves and as a business they should call before a client goes on a trip to run a check up list now we are being taken for a ride I'll never make peace with this matter I'll run it to the far end. What happened to customer service clearly these travel agencies are after getting commission afterwards they don't give a **** about the client. We live in a ****ed up Society Sta Travel you guys are ****.
